I am putting together a cookbook to raise money to help my Grandparents with some bills (like gas to put in there car to drive to and from appointments) that will be coming in do to my Grandpa just getting diagnosed with panreatic cancer. What does not go to them will go to the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
Would anyone like to donate reipes to help me create a cookbook?
Rather than post a gazillion recipes, here are links to my two web logs:
http://www.240brick.blogspot.com
http://www.bbqforreal.blogspot.com
....most of the recipes that appear on them are my own, however many have been donated. Recipes that have been donated are labeled as such.
Please use any recipes you like.
I wish you luck, and I wish your grandfather a speedy recovery.

I lost my mother to pancreatic cancer, so if you ever need to talk to someone that's been there, and researched every form of treatment available, please feel free to email me.
I'll gladly send you a recipe as well.

Reply:i know of a cake that is called a one cup cake. ! cup of coconut, 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar and one cup of milk.
Mix together (it is thick) and put into a lightly greased loaf pan.
Cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees and then let cool. It is like a loaf cake, very nice. Hope you make your goal
